It is by Ladeebug Design and is called "Winter Window Quilt".

PLEASE NOTE:  This is for the pattern only - not the finished product.

This pattern takes a panel and cuts it up and positions it to look like you are
looking through a window.  Any panel can be used to accomplish this look.

Finished size is approximately 38" x 51" - a nice lap quilt.
